Thibault Herant and Daniela Ahedo Rivera, residing in Calle 34 Norte Bis, between Avenida 30 and Avenida 35, Colonia Centro, in the city of Playa del Carmen, state of Quintana Roo, Mexico, (hereinafter called “Riverant”), recognize the extent of legally, controlled and documented processing of the personal data of our clients and the users of our web page. This is why we provide our clients the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter called “Privacy Policy”) for the sole purpose of you knowing our praxis when we gather, store and, in general, make use of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on the protection of personal data held by private individuals and other applicable regulations (hereinafter called “the Law”).

- Billing data such as the name of the entity to be billed, tax residence, Federal Taxpayers Registry, inter alia.

- Financial details such as movable and immovable property, credit history, property income and expenses, insurances, Afores, bonds, financing plans, bank account details, method of payment, bank references, obtained income, inter alia.

We would also like to inform you that in order to accomplish the objectives set out in this Privacy Policy and by the Law, sensitive personal data such as criminal records can be requested and used.

In short, we request your consent and express approval for the proper use and processing of your sensitive personal data. We are committed to implement the most strict security measures that guarantee your confidentiality.

Riverant is committed to protect the privacy of minors and people with disabilities. Therefore, we do not intentionally gather nor process personal details of minors or people with disabilities without the express consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives.
